Ultimate Guide to MainView Homes Renton WA: Hudson Floor Plan Tour & Buying Tips
Today, we're in Renton, Washington, in front of my brand new listing, which is this beautiful Mainview Resale. It was built in 2021. In this video, we're gonna give you a walkthrough tour of this particular home, which is a Hudson floor plan.
We're also gonna highlight some of the features that you can expect to find in most of homes built by Mainview. And then ultimately, stick around to the end of the video because we're gonna talk about their sales process if you're interested in buying a brand new construction Mainview home, because they do things a bit differently than other builders. First, here in Washington, Mainview is one of the most popular spec home builders, and they have a pretty significant presence here.
They currently have 14 projects that are in under construction. One of the big reasons why their homes are so popular, they're great quality, but also because of their modern aesthetic that you see here throughout this home and throughout the rest of the neighborhood. So with all that said, let's go inside and check it out.
So as mentioned outside, this particular home is their Hudson floor plan, which is a very popular one. It's 3,150 square feet, five bedrooms, and two and three quarter baths. And one of the unique features of this floor plan is that it actually offers a bedroom and a three quarter bath on the main level.
So it makes it perfect for generational living. Another thing that you see right when you walk into a Mainview house is modern upgrades throughout. So this builder offers a lot more customization.
For example, you have this wallpaper here and you'll see other features as we tour throughout the home. A lot of other spec home builders just give you a package of A, B, or C, and that is what you get. And Mainview actually gives you a lot more options to customize things as you're designing your home.
Another reason Mainview is popular is because they have great modern floor plans. So in this case, as you can see, when we walk in, we have the oversized living room with the fireplace, more wallpaper, and nice design features throughout. And then right off the living room, we have the dining room.
We have this beautiful kitchen, and I really love everything from the high-end cabinets that look really modern and sleek, top of the line appliances, this massive island quartz countertops. So everything is top of the line and it matches today's aesthetic that all buyers want. Another great thing with Mainview is that you could have many different upgrades.
As an example here, they have opted to install these motorized shades throughout the home, which is a very nice touch. And then another feature that Mainview is known for, and you'll find it in most of their homes, is this oversized outdoor terrace. It has two big sliding doors on both sides, and it's perfect to enjoy year round, especially here in the Pacific Northwest.
So we're here on this beautiful back patio of this home, and as promised, I wanted to tell you about the process that Mainview uses to showcase their model homes. So usually what we find with other spec builders is when they're developing a community, whether it be D.R. Horton or Connor or whatever, any of the other builders, they usually build a model home, they have it fully furnished, and then that allows buyers to walk through, get a feel for the quality of the product before they pick the lot and the different layout or whatever it may be within that community. So that's a fairly standard process.
What Mainview does differently is that currently in 2024, they have 14 new communities that they're building here in the greater Seattle area. But instead of having model homes at every single one of them, instead what they have is what they call the world of model homes, which is a community in 10th, Washington, and there are 13 homes, and each single one is a different floor plan and a different facade, different color palette, different floors, different finishes all the way throughout. So instead what they do is whether you wanna buy in Snohomish or in Renton or in Kirkland or wherever Mainview's building, they always send you to the world of model homes in 10th, and that gives you an opportunity to tour all 17 homes and get a really good sense for different floor plans and upgrades and finishes for you to be able to spec out and build your own home with the finishes that you would like.
So I've had multiple clients buy brand new construction homes from Mainview, and it's always been a great experience. So I highly recommend them as a builder, and I do think that it's a very good process and it's an opportunity to fully showcase what they're able to offer all in one place versus just giving you a teaser of a single model home. So if you like this aesthetic and if you're looking for a home similar to this here in Washington, whether it be a resale, I'm happy to help you find one, or if you're interested in purchasing a brand new construction home from Mainview here in Washington State, feel free to reach out to me.
I'd love to help in any way. I am very familiar with all of their existing projects. I'm familiar with their model homes and that community intent.
